Welcome to Tournament Doctor. By accessing or using our bowling tournament management software and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tournament Doctor ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Tournament Doctor offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details of current plans are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify subscription plans and pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
We may offer free trial periods for new users. At the end of a free trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service, including tournament information, bowler data, and scores ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter into the Service. Tournament Doctor is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in tournament results, payouts, or other calculations resulting from incorrect data entry.
While we implement regular backups and data protection measures, you are encouraged to export and maintain your own backups of important tournament data.
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by Tournament Doctor and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our express written permission.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Tournament Doctor is a tool to assist with tournament management. Final responsibility for tournament operations, payout calculations, and compliance with local regulations remains with the tournament director.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOURNAMENT DOCTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Tournament Doctor in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tournament Doctor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Upon termination, we may delete your account and all associated data after a reasonable retention period. We recommend exporting your data before canceling your subscription.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tournament Doctor regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
